Will & Ivey Studio | Inventory Care
All of our inventory is intentionally stored separately from the Will & Ivey Studio Show Room. Items are then carefully sanitized, pressed and packaged prior to shipment.
Will & Ivey Studio | In Person Private Shopping
The Will & Ivey Studio is routinely cleaned and sanitized before and after each personal shopping experience. A detailed list of precautions will be sent in the confirmation email when signing up for a private shopping experience.
Children grow very quickly, so our products are designed a little on the larger side, with room for your little one to grow into.

Orders take 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location.

Yes! We offer First-Class Package International Service.
Free Shipping on orders over $200.
Due to USPS restrictions, orders over $400 must be broken up into multiple shipments and in some cases will not be eligible for free shipping. In this circumstance we recommend splitting your order up into multiple transactions that remain below the $400 limit but above the $200 threshold.

Once we receive your order and process it, we send a confirmation, along with a tracking number and link to your email. Tracking numbers may take 24 hours to go live once the package has shipped from our studio.
Machine wash on gentle and in cold water. Hanging to dry is our preferred way of taking care of your little's garment and will reduce the amount of shrinking.
When using the dryer keep in mind that all-natural materials, without chemical treatment, are prone to shrinkage — ours will shrink between 3-5%.
You can wash the clothes in warm water as well (30°C) if your clothes are really dirty, we just prefer cold water as it saves on electricity and is nice to our planet.
We guarantee a full refund on all US orders anytime within the first 30 days after the package is delivered, as long as the product is in new condition.
The only caveat are Sale Items in which all sales are final.
Unfortunately, at this time we’re unable to offer returns on orders outside of North America.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges online. The quickest way to exchange your item is to place a new order and return your original purchase for a refund.
Your order will be refunded once it has arrived back to our warehouse and has been processed in our system. If you are returning from the US we will supply you with a free return shipping label.
